Day 4 of the second Test in Manchester saw @kraiggbrathwaite01 score a gutsy half-century, his second of the series, as England ended the day with a healthy lead of 219 runs. 

Brathwaite’s innings of 75 runs off 165 balls took his overall tally in England to 427 runs. He now stands third in the category of most balls faced, 868, in Tests played between the two sides since 2017 in England. With 886 and 870 balls faced,  West Indies batsman @shaidhope and England all-rounder, @stokesy occupy the top two spots respectively. 

Both Brathwaite and Hope have been tormenting the England bowling line-up ever since the 2017 Test series. Their combined contribution of 494 runs in the second Test at Leeds had helped them secure a memorable victory then.
